The Experience Group, through the principals Warren Barclay, John Seton and Greg Barclay, has led the corporate hospitality and event management industry in New Zealand for over 10 years.

Since 1999, we have overseen the delivery of corporate hospitality to major rugby tests between the All Blacks and all major test playing nations across numerous cities and venues.  This included the Lions Tour to NZ in 2005, in which we were the lead corporate hospitality provider.  This event saw us cater for up to 17,000 people at one single event (third test match at Eden Park, Auckland) and 46,000 people over the six weeks of the tour.  The corporate hospitality programme was exceptionally well delivered and returned significant revenue back to rugby in New Zealand.

The Experience Group is part of the broader Claymore Group of Companies, a diversified management and investment organisation with interests in a number of industries including hospitality, mining, professional services, health, retail, property, technology and primary production.
